In the standard version of Intrexx Share, links, image links, and YouTube links can no longer be used in the content editor.

IX-22642: Profile pictures

User initials will no longer be displayed as the default image; instead, a new, neutral image will be shown. In addition, depending on the user's status, the image and name are displayed or highlighted accordingly.
IX-22434: Removed obsolete Share macros

IX-21111: WebSockets

Share topics are checked for permissions when WebSockets are initially subscribed to.
SHARE-1675:Surveys

Once created, surveys are visible to the creator at any time, but not to the recipients. A survey is not visible to recipients until the start date has been reached and the survey has been published. For polls, voting cannot begin until the start date has been reached and the poll has been published.
SHARE-1754:Photos

Photo feed view page removed. Tile/List View Toggle Removed. The deletion process for photos in groups and photos with a confirmation dialog has been standardized.
SHARE-1946:Profiles

Deleted profiles: Chat can no longer be used separately from Share (it can now only be used in conjunction with Share). The same goes for all the other modules.
SHARE-3107:Profiles

Deactivated Share profiles are grayed out, and deleted Share profiles are displayed as "anonymous."
SHARE-5017:File Storage

The "Edit or Create Folder" tooltip now always opens in a modal window.
SHARE-5057:Groups

There are no longer "Favorite Groups" views; instead, you can filter by your favorite groups. The filter is saved.
SHARE-5078:Events

The button for showing and hiding the venue address has been removed, so that the address is always displayed immediately.
SHARE-5097:Admin Mode / General Settings

New: Enable/disable web push notifications. Once push notifications are disabled, no more messages will be sent.
SHARE-5109:Events

When exporting online events, the online event is now marked accordingly in the exported calendar file.
SHARE-5117:Survey

Once polls have been published, they can no longer be reset to "Draft." The configuration options "Participation should be anonymous," "Participants can add additional options," and "Participants can vote for multiple options" are available for editing only if the poll does not include any voting.

Share WebSocket messages are sent after the transaction commit defined within a WebSocket action.

Emails are not sent to deactivated or deleted profiles. This helps optimize communication and security by avoiding unnecessary emails.

The Share app icons have been updated to make them easier to recognize. The new icons have been carefully designed to clearly represent the functions and purpose of each app.
