Create a group
This process element allows you to create Intrexx Share groups via a process.
Create a group
You can find the "Create Group" action in "Processes" under the "Elements" section. It belongs to the "Actions - Intrexx Share" category. From there, it can be dragged and dropped into the desired location in the process chain and then configured. General information on creating process elements can be found here.
Once you have created the "Create Group" action on the workspace, double-click the element to open the Properties dialog box.

Visibility
Publicly visible
A public group is visible to every Intrexx Share user. All posts written by group members are also visible to non-members. However, posting comments or performing actions such as "Like," "Remind Me," and "Share " are reserved for members only.
Partially visible
The description of a group with restricted visibility is visible to all Intrexx Share users. Members and membership fees are not displayed to non-members.
Not visible
The group, its members, and their posts are displayed to members and people to whom the group has been recommended. Public and limited-visibility groups allow non-members to apply for membership. The group moderator can approve or reject the application accordingly. Members of hidden groups can be added by the group moderator. Users who have been recommended a private group can also join it directly.

Members can recommend the group
