New Process
Opens a wizard that helps you create a new process.
Open Process
Opens the Process Manager, which lists the existing processes and allows you to open them for editing.
Open Process as a Copy
Creates a copy of the current process and opens it on the workspace.
Close Process
Closes the currently open process.
Close all processes
Closes all currently open processes.
Import/Export Process

Publish Process / Publish Process with History
Saves the currently open process on the server. You can find more information here.
Create an entry in the process history
Opens a dialog box in which changes that have been saved but not recorded in the process history can be added to the history retroactively.
Save Process Locally
This menu option allows you to save a process, along with the current changes, to any local or network directory as a file with the .ixpr extension.
Delete Process
Opens the Process Manager, where existing processes can be deleted.
Export as an image
This menu option allows you to export the process diagram as a graphic.

Edit
Copy GUID
Copies the GUID of the currently selected process element to the clipboard.
Copy
Copies the item currently selected on the workspace to the clipboard.
Insert
Pastes the contents of the clipboard onto the workspace. Select the "Paste" context menu option if you want to paste the contents of the clipboard at a specific location on the workspace. When Groovy elements (such as a Groovy event handler) are pasted from the clipboard, you can choose to create either a copy of the original script file or a reference to the original script. When you insert a Groovy script element, a prompt appears; you can confirm by selecting "Yes" if you want a copy of the original script. Selecting "No" simply creates a reference to the original script.
Delete Element
Deletes the currently selected item.
Delete an element with connections
Deletes the currently selected element along with all its connections to other elements.
Edit Script
Opens the Groovy or Velocity script editor when a corresponding element is selected. The relevant script is loaded automatically.
Edit Connection ID
Opens the dialog for editing the connection ID for Groovy conditions and generic conditions.
Copy/Apply Size
Copies the size of the element currently selected on the workspace. The copied size can then be applied to another, currently selected element.
Create a background box from a selection
Visually groups selected items by displaying them against a background that contrasts with the workspace.
Activate Element
Activates the currently selected item.
Disable element
Disables the currently selected item. This means that none of the element's functions will be executed during the process. Disabled items are displayed in gray on the workspace. The subsequent actions will no longer be executed.
Select all selected items
Activates all elements that are selected on the workspace.
Deselect all selected items
Deselects all items selected on the workspace.
Select this and all subsequent elements
Selects the currently selected element and all subsequent elements in the process chain.
Select all elements
Selects all elements on the workspace.
Show Links
This feature displays all links between an element and other elements in the search window. The menu item is active when a Groovy element (e.g., a Groovy event handler) is selected. This allows you to check whether the script file stored there is still being used in other Groovy elements.
Display in the process overview
Selects the element in the Process Overview section.
Create a Snapshot
Create a snapshot.
Start a global timer job
If a global timer is selected, the corresponding task is started.
Features
Opens the Properties dialog box for the currently selected element.
Details
Opens a dialog box with additional information about the currently selected element. This menu item is only available if the expert options are enabled.
View
Here, you can show or hide the individual sections of the "Processes" module.
Restore Default View
Restores all panes to their original layout.

Export/Import Text
Opens a dialog box where all labels or titles of process elements can be exported or imported in either CSV, XLS, or XML format. This feature can be used to translate processes into other languages.
Analyze the log file
Opens a dialog box where you can view the log file entries.

Process History
Opens a dialog box displaying the history of the currently open process.
Comparison with the last entry in the process history
Opens a dialog box where the current status can be compared to the most recent entry in the history.
