Search - Statistics

Starting with Intrexx version 12.0.1

Enable Search Statistics

This setting generates search statistics.

Display from / to

Set the display period here.

"Summary" tab

Most Frequent Queries

"Query" Column

Shows the most common search terms.

"Count" column

Shows the number of searches performed.

Query Statistics

Here you can see the statistics in chart form.

Apply

Saves the settings.

Reset

Discards all changes that were not committed.

"Search Quality" tab

Starting with Intrexx version 12.0.1

Queries with the Most Results

"Query" Column

Displays the queries.

"Results" column

Displays the number of hits.

"Time" Column

Displays the date and time when the query was executed.

Hit Set Statistics

Here you can see the match quality in graph form.

Apply

Saves the settings.

Reset

Discards all changes that were not committed.

Compare

Select here whether you want to compare search terms or time periods.

Scaling

Select the type of scaling here.

Filter Field

You can enter a search term here. The chart at the bottom is filtered accordingly.

Add

Adds another filter field when search terms are selected for comparison. If time periods have been selected for the comparison, no filter field can be added.

Remove Filter Field

Removes the corresponding filter field.

Chart

Here you can see the trends in chart form.

Apply

Saves the settings.

Reset

Discards all changes that were not committed.

"All Queries" tab

Starting with Intrexx version 12.0.1

On this tab, you'll see a complete list of all queries, including the time, query, results, the module in which results were found, or the search configuration in which results were found.

Filter Field

You can enter a search term here. The chart at the bottom is filtered accordingly.

Add

Adds another filter field when search terms are selected for comparison. If time periods have been selected for the comparison, no filter field can be added.

Remove filter field

Removes the corresponding filter field.

"Time" Column

Displays the date and time when the query was executed.

"Query" column

Displays the queries.

"Results" column

Displays the number of hits.

"Module" column

Indicates in which module the match was found.

"Search Configuration" column

Displays the GUID of the search configuration that returned the match.
