Sortable Grouping

Items grouped using the sortable grouping can be moved up or down within the sortable grouping in the browser using drag-and-drop.

In addition, individual sortable items in the browser can be hidden using the " " button located on the right side of the title bar.

Sortable grouping is available in two versions: "Vertical Sortable Grouping" and "Horizontal Sortable Grouping."

You can find both elements in the "Applications" module under "Elements," in the"Additional Controls" category. You can create a new element by dragging and dropping it from here onto the workspace.

If you drag and drop any element on the workspace —such as an input field—into a sortable group, a sortable element is automatically created, and the sortable element's Properties dialog box opens.

Sortable elements can be moved in the browser using drag-and-drop and can contain any number of application elements.

Sortable Vertical Grouping - Properties

You can open the properties dialog for the sortable grouping by double-clicking the element.

Title

Enter the title of the sortable grouping here. You can find information about multilingual titles here.

Accordion Effect

With this setting, a " " button appears in the browser at the top right of the sortable group; this button can be used to show or hide the elements it contains. The top sortable element remains visible.

Sortable items

The sortable items are listed here.

Edit a sortable element

Opens a dialog box where you can edit the title of the sortable element.

Move selected, sortable items up/left/down/right

Here, you can change the order of the sortable items.

Sortable Element - Properties

To access the properties of a sortable element that has already been created, double-click the grouping within the Sortable Grouping.

General

Enter the title here. You can find information about multilingual titles here.

Options

HTML element

On the "Options" tab, you can select the type of HTML element to be used to display the content of the sortable element. You can find information about the individual HTML elements here.

Sortable horizontal grouping

Same as "Sortable Grouping" arranged vertically, but laid out horizontally. The sortable elements included can be moved from right to left and from left to right in the browser.
