Set up the "Request New Password" feature as an administrator

Prerequisite - Email Service

Portal users who request a new password will receive a "Change Password" email. To send emails, you must set up the email service in Intrexx.

"Login Portlet" or "Welcome Portlet"

To allow a portal user to request a new password for the portal, you must drag and drop either the "Login Portlet" or the "Welcome Portlet" () onto the home page for the user "Anonymous " ().
