Request a new password as an administrator

Requirement – Email service

Portal users who request a new password will receive a "Change password email". To send emails, you need to set up the email service in Intrexx.

"Login portlet" or "Welcome portlet"

To enable a portal user to request a new password for the portal, you must add either the "Login portlet" or the "Welcome portlet" () on the start page by drag-and-drop for the Anonymous user ().
