Navigation

The navigation element can be used to scroll through existing records. The result - the total number of all records - is displayed below the buttons that let you load individual pages of records or scroll back and forth. On the right, you can set how many records should be displayed per page.

Any elements on the page on which the navigation element is positioned are refreshed after each movement to display the values of the data record.

The "Navigation" element is part of the "Search and Navigation" element category.

The navigation element can be found in the "Elements" section of the "Applications" module. A new element can be created by dragging and dropping the element from here and positioning it on the workspace.

The element consists of a grouping containing four individual buttons and the status indicator.

Double-click one of the buttons to open the Properties dialog. The buttons are preset with the action "Data navigation". Click here for more information about the settings in this dialog.
