Box

You can use the box as a background to visually group elements together.

Create a box

You can find the box in "Processes" under "Elements." It belongs to the "Other Elements" category. From there, it can be dragged and dropped into the desired location in the process chain and then configured. General information on creating process elements can be found here.

Once you have created the box on the workspace, double-click the element to open the Properties dialog box.

Foreground

This element can be used to visually group other process elements.

Text

You can enter text here to describe how the elements in the box are related.

Multilingualism

Opens a dialog box where the title can be entered in multiple languages. You can find more information here.

Color

You can select the desired color here. You can find more information on this topic here.

H-Orientation / V-Orientation

Here, you can set the horizontal and vertical alignment of the description.

Frame

Show frame

Displays a frame.

Top Color / Bottom Color

You can select the desired color here. You can find more information on this topic here.

Background

Fill the Background

The box is filled with paint.

Lock the box to prevent it from being moved or resized

Secures the box to the work surface, preventing it from shifting accidentally. If multiple boxes are selected, this setting no longer applies.
