Messaging provider seven.io
An external messaging provider is required to send a text message and make a voice call. In Intrexx, the seven.io provider is configured by default. This can be replaced by any messaging provider. Your own hardware (phone systems, GSM cards) or software can also be integrated if necessary—please refer to the section "Integrating Alternative Messaging Providers" for more information.
In this section, we'll explain why we chose this provider and what steps are required to use the service.
Why seven.io?
The messaging provider is a German full-service messaging service provider. The provider's portfolio includes a powerful API and a wide range of products such as voice, SMS, and Text-to-Speech. As a German provider, seven.io is GDPR-compliant.
