Feedback Surveys
With the "Feedback Survey" app, you can create surveys on a wide variety of topics and gather feedback from users. A feedback survey can consist of any number of questions. There are seven question types available. When creating the feedback survey, you can specify whether it should be conducted anonymously or non-anonymously. Depending on the situation, you will receive personalized or anonymous results.

Roles
Roles are automatically created when the template is imported.
App_Feedback_User
As a member of this role, you can participate in surveys.
App_Feedback_Editor
Members of this role have the same rights as members of the App_Documents_User role, plus additional rights on the Manage Feedback Surveys page, where surveys can be created and edited.
App_Feedback_Manager
This role includes all the rights of the App_Feedback_User and App_Feedback_Editor roles. In addition, the question types can be edited on the " Administration " page.
