You can recognize portal pages by the left-pointing arrow on the right edge of the window.
As a portal user, if you have the appropriate permissions, you can add or remove portlets by clicking the arrow on the Add or Remove Portlets page. For more information, see the " Portlets" section.
The "Portlet Arrow" cannot be accessed using the keyboard. It is also currently not possible to configure the portlets in an accessible manner. For this reason, in an accessible context, the "portlet arrow" should not be displayed, and thus the option to configure the portlets should not be offered. You can configure this by disabling the portal permission "Configure portal pages in the browser." For more information on this topic, see the " Portal Rights" section.
