There is an accessible display variant for the "Calendar" element called "Appointment overview (accessible)". It contains hidden elements that are only accessible to screen readers. In these elements, date formats are readable for screen readers. A screen reader-only button that can be used to create a new appointment is also available.
Step-by-step guide
To use the "Schedule overview (barrier-free)", proceed as follows:

Select the "Diagram" in the calendar.

Right click on it.

Select "Properties" in the context menu.
The "Properties - Calendar" dialog box is displayed.

Switch to the "Representations" tab.

Click on the
icon (add display).The "Representations" dialog box is displayed.

Select "Schedule overview (barrier-free)".
-
Click on "OK".
You return to the "Properties - Calendar" dialog box.

Click on "OK".
After publishing, a separate "Appointment view (accessible)" button is displayed in the browser.
Value range filter for dates in the past
The calendar on the left is not accessible. Therefore, to display dates in the past, a value range filter must be added.
