Creating a Portal - Key Steps

In the general settings, you specify the portal name and the directory where the portal is to be installed, among other things. Read more Portal-specific files are stored in the portal directory. In this step, you must select the database or database server where the portal data is to be stored. Read more The following databases are available in the standard system: 1. For production portals, it is highly recommended to use a front-end web server. The portal's search function uses "Solr," the search server from Apache. Read more
