Intrexx Mobile App - Settings in the Tools Module

In the module Tools , you can access the settings for the Intrexx Mobile app by clicking on the corresponding entry in the left pane.

API Key

To enter the API key, click API Key.

To enter the API key, click " Configure " in the right-hand pane, or select " API Key / Configure" from the main menu.

An API key is required to enable the portal to send and receive push notifications. Push notifications are displayed in the message overview on the mobile device, provided that an API key has been configured. Registered customers can request an API key at Intrexx Support Center.

Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes for the API key to take effect. To ensure that your changes take effect immediately, you must restart the portal service.

Intrexx servers that want to send push notifications to mobile devices require an HTTPS connection to https://push.intrexx.com/.

Mobile Devices

All registered mobile devices are displayed here.

From the Intrexx Mobile App main menu, you can view the relevant details when a registered device is selected from the list.

Details

The registration details for the currently selected mobile device are displayed here.

Test Registration

Checks whether the mobile device is still registered with Firebase. Registration with Firebase may be missing, for example, if the Intrexx Mobile app has been uninstalled from the device in question. It can then be manually removed from the overview.

From the Intrexx Mobile App main menu , under "Test All Registrations," you can test all registered devices at once. Here, too, the system checks whether the mobile device is still registered with Firebase. To remove a device, select it from the list and choose Intrexx Mobile App / Remove Device from the main menu.
