Semantic value

Semantic values can be assigned to parameters.

Semantic values are particularly helpful for frequently used parameters, as they clarify the context in which the parameter is used. For example, using the semantic value "customer number" makes it easy to explain that a parameter named "LID" refers to a customer's ID.
