Create a Service User in Intrexx

Step-by-Step

To create a service user, follow these steps:

1. Launch the "Integration" module.

2. Under "Consume Data," select "Connector for Connector API."

   The Intrexx Salesforce Connector you created earlier is displayed in the right-hand pane.

3. Select the Intrexx Salesforce Connector and right-click.

4. Click "Edit" in the context menu.

   The "Edit Data Source" dialog box appears.

5. Select the "User Service" menu item.

   

6. Click the " " icon.

   The "User Selection" dialog box (1) appears.

   

7. Click the " " icon.

   The "User Selection" dialog box (2) appears.

   

8. Select the desired user.

9. Click "OK."

   You will return to the "User Selection" dialog box (1)

   

   Client ID

   Enter the consumer key from the "Intrexx Salesforce Application" here.

   Client Secret

   Enter the customer ID from the "Intrexx Salesforce Application" here.

   Scope

   The value listed here refers to the OAuth scope in Salesforce.
