The term "service user" is not used in Salesforce. Instead, in Salesforce, you must select a user in the Intrexx Salesforce application under whose account the access from Intrexx is to be performed. This user is automatically mapped to the Intrexx "User" service.
Step-by-Step
To set up a user in Salesforce under which access from Intrexx should be performed, follow these steps:

In Setup, enter "Application" in the Quick Search field and select "Application Manager."

In the Intrexx Salesforce application, select "Manage."
The "Application Manager" page appears.

Click "Edit Policies."

Navigate to the "Flow for Client Credentials" section.

In the "Run as" field, enter the name of the user under which the Intrexx Service user should access objects in Salesforce.
The name of the service user in Intrexx and the name of the user in the "Run as" field do not have to match.

Click "Save."
