Check read receipts

In the "Approver" role, one of your tasks is to check whether the readers who have to read a document have actually done so or whether they have sent a read confirmation.

 

Step-by-step guide

To check read receipts, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the "Check read receipts" page.

    On this page you can check which document still needs to be read by how many readers and how many readers have already read it.

  2. Click on (Show overview of all read receipts).

    The "Read receipts" dialog box is displayed.

    This shows which readers have already sent a read confirmation and which have not.

Email notifications

Users who do not send a read confirmation within two days will automatically receive a reminder email.
