With Intrexx's accessible layout, you have a layout that meets accessibility requirements.

Default Settings in the Accessible Layout

With Intrexx's accessible layout, key accessibility requirements are already met:

  • The contrast between the background and the text is sufficient.

  • Elements have a clearly visible focus.

  • The structure of pages remains intact when zoomed in to 200%.

Set Intrexx's accessible layout as the default layout for specific users

Intrexx allows you to assign specific layouts to individual users. For example, you can assign Intrexx's accessible layout to users with disabilities. This ensures that the portal is automatically displayed in an accessible layout for these portal users.

You can assign a layout to a specific user in the "Users" module.

Select the desired user there and switch to the "Organization" tab.

Select the desired layout from the "Default Layout" drop-down menu.

Set the Intrexx accessible layout as the default layout

You have the option to set layouts as default layouts. If you set Intrexx's accessible layout as the default layout, it will be used for all users of your portal.

You can set the default layout by clicking "File > Open Layout" in the "Design" module.

In the "Layouts" dialog box, click the " " icon next to the desired layout.

Select an accessible layout on the portal

You can make layouts available to portal users via the layout switch.

To do this, you must have selected the "Show in layout switch" checkbox in the layout properties of the corresponding layout.

This way, you can provide your portal users with Intrexx's accessible layout.
