Add users to Intrexx and the ID provider

The users need to be added to Intrexx and the ID provider.
However, the users do not need login data (credentials) in Intrexx because the user's login data from the ID provider is used to authenticate the user with the Intrexx portal.

Note We recommend that you import/replicate the master user data from the ID provider into/in Intrexx. If you are using AzureAD or ADFS, this can be done with LDAP.
