As a rule, not all portal users have access to all pages of an application.
Users with defined permissions and roles are assigned to the individual pages.
Users cannot see pages that they do not have permission for.
In the following graphic, the user has access to "Page 1". The user cannot see Page 2 and Page 3, which are grayed out in the graphic. The orange user has the least permissions.
Users with more permissions usually have all the permissions of the user with less permissions. In the graphic, the green and blue users also have access to Page 1.
The green user has access to Page 1 and Page 2.
The blue user has access to all pages.
