Deploy service users in processes

Intrexx processes offer the option of automatically logging into SharePoint. To do this, you must insert a user change action in the corresponding process, in which you enter a service user that you have stored in Intrexx Connector for SharePoint Server/Online.

Step-by-step guide

To set up a user switch action in an Intrexx process, proceed as follows:

  1. Start the "Processes" module.

  2. Open the desired process.

  3. Position the user switch action on the workspace using drag-and-drop.

  4. Select the action and double-click on it.

    The "User change action" dialog box is displayed.

  5. Enter a title and a description.

  6. Click on "Next".

    The "Action type" dialog box is displayed.

  7. Select "OData/SAP Gateway".

  8. Click on "Next".

    The "User selection" dialog box is displayed.

  9. Click on the icon.

  10. Select the user who is stored as a service user in Intrexx Connector for SharePoint Server/Online.

  11. Click on "OK".
