Intrexx processes allow you to log in to Salesforce automatically. To do this, you must insert a user switch action in the corresponding process and specify a service user that you have defined in the Intrexx Salesforce Connector.

To set up a user switch action in an Intrexx process, follow these steps:

Launch the "Processes" module.

Open the desired process.

Use drag-and-drop to place the "Switch User" action on the workspace.

Select the action and double-click it.
The "Switch User" dialog box appears.

Enter a title and a description.

Click "Next."
The "Action Type" dialog box appears.

Select "OData/SAP Gateway."

Click "Next."
The "User Selection" dialog box appears.

Select the user who is configured as the service user in the Intrexx Salesforce Connector.
