Request a new password

To request a new password, you must either know the email address you used to register in the system or your username.

Step-by-step guide

To request a new password as a user, proceed as follows:

  1. Click on Forgot password.

    The "Forgot your password?" dialog box is displayed.

    1. Click on I know my email address ... if you know your email address.

    2. In the next dialog, enter the email address under which you are stored in the system or which you used to register as a portal user.

    3. Click on EMAIL ME.

      A confirmation dialog will be displayed notifying you that an email has been sent to you.

      OR

    4. Click on I know my user name... if you know your user name.

    5. In the next dialog, enter the username under which you are stored in the system or which you used to register as a portal user.

    6. Enter your domain here.

      You only need to enter a domain if you have been assigned to a domain by your administrator.

    7. Click on EMAIL ME.

      A confirmation dialog will be displayed notifying you that an email has been sent to you.

  2. Open the "Change password email".

  3. Click on the link Change password....

    You will be redirected to your portal’s login page.

  4. Enter and repeat your new password.

  5. Click on CHANGE PASSWORD NOW.

    The password is changed.

  6. Click on GO TO HOMEPAGE.

    You will return to the login page on your portal.
