Apply for software (user)

Step-by-step guide

To apply for software, proceed as follows:

1. Go to the "Apply for software/subscription" page.

2. Click on "Apply for software/subscription".

   

   The "Software/subscription" dialog box is displayed.

   

3. Enter the manufacturer and the title (designation) of the software.

   (Optional) Enter further information that is helpful for the procurement of the software.

   Search

   Click on "Search" to display manufacturers already entered in previous applications.

4. Click on "Apply".

   

   The application is displayed. It has the status (under review).

 

An application for software can pass through the following statuses by default:

	The application for software is currently being reviewed by the "Manager".
	The application for software was approved by the "Manager".
	The application for software was rejected by the "manager".
	The "Manager" requires further information for the application for software and asks for consultation.
