Create external users (Manager)

You can assign software not only to employees of your company, but also to external users. You must first create these.

Step-by-step guide

To create an external user, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the "External users" page.

  2. Click on "Create external user".

    The "User" dialog box is displayed.

  3. Enter your first name, last name and e-mail address.

  4. Select the user type.

    The following user types are available as standard:

    • Service provider

    • Freelancer

    • Technical user

  5. Click on "Save".

    The external user created is displayed.
