Create external users (Manager)
You can assign software not only to employees of your company, but also to external users. You must first create these.
Step-by-step guide
To create an external user, proceed as follows:

Go to the "External users" page.

Click on "Create external user".
The "User" dialog box is displayed.

Enter your first name, last name and e-mail address.

Select the user type.
The following user types are available as standard:

Service provider
-
Freelancer
-
Technical user
-
-
Click on "Save".
The external user created is displayed.
