Administration" page
On the "Administration" page, you can change, extend or delete the values for the reporting periods and for the person responsible.
The corresponding values are displayed in the respective selection list when creating a KPI.
Create reporting period
Step-by-step guide
To create a reporting period, proceed as follows:

Click on the "Create" button on the "Administration" page.
The "Create" dialog box is displayed.
Type
Enter "REPORTINGPERIOD" here.
ID
Enter the interval to be used for the reporting period here in capital letters.
You can use any interval.
Language
Select the language in which you are entering the current data record here.
Title
Enter a (preferably descriptive) title for the reporting period here.
Sorting
You can use this field to control the order of the reporting periods in the selection field.
Color
It is not necessary to select a color for reporting periods.
Description
Enter a description for the reporting period here.

Click on "Save".
The newly created reporting period is displayed and is available the next time a KPI is created.
Create result
Step-by-step guide
To create a result, proceed as follows:

Click on the "Create" button on the "Administration" page.
The "Create" dialog box is displayed.
Type
Enter "RESULT" here.
ID
Enter the ID to be used for the result here in capital letters.
You can assign any IDs.
Language
Select the language in which you are entering the current data record here.
Title
Enter a (preferably descriptive) title for the result here.
You can enter any title for results.
Sorting
You can use this field to control the order of the results in the selection field.
Color
Select a color for the result a.us
For example, green for good results and red for critical results.
Description
Enter a description for the result here.

Click on "Save".
The newly created result is displayed and is available the next time a result is added to a KPI.
