This is how a feedback survey might look
Seven different types of question are available for a feedback survey.
Types of question
Below you will find a description of each of these and how they might be presented in a feedback survey.
Do you have a laptop?
Decision question (yes/no)
With the "decision question" question type, the respondent can only answer "yes" or "no". Yes" is symbolized with the thumb up and "No" with the thumb down.
Rating scale
In the "Rating scale" question type, the respondent can give a rating between 0 and 5 stars.
Simple selection
With the "Single choice" question type, the respondent can select one of several text options ("single choice").
As an editor, you can freely define the number of options.
Which devices do you prefer?
Simple image selection
With the "Simple picture selection" question type, the respondent can select one of several pictures ("Single Choice").
As an editor, you can freely define the number of images.
Which device would you like to use?
Multiple selection
With the "multiple choice" question type, the respondent can select several or all of several text options ("multiple choice").

With the "multiple image selection" question type, the respondent can select several or all of several images ("multiple choice").
Open text
With the "Open text" question type, the respondent can enter a freely formulated answer in a text field.
