Phonebook
The "Phone book" application can be used to manage internal and external contacts as well as resources such as fax machines and rooms. The contact data can be used, among other things, to directly start the email client or make a call - provided that the corresponding software is installed.
After the import and when using the sample data, the application is configured so that every portal user ("User" role) can see all contacts and resources. Also, each portal user can enter contacts for certain categories and delete the contacts he/she created.
Portal users with the "Manager" role can create departments, positions and contact lists, among other things, which make it easier to search for and find contacts.
